  • Support the AI & Digital Governance Officer and the Director, AI Governance in delivering governance for strategic AI programs. Provide controls and risk artifact support for AidenBanker, AidenGCB, AidenCOO, and other high-priority programs, ensuring governance milestones are met on schedule
  • Maintain and update controls in Superdash, Enterprise Issues Management, ERIC, and Archer. Conduct periodic control reviews and coordinate with first line-of-defense teams on implementation and operation of CM AI Governance controls
  • Support the Director, AI Governance in drafting and maintaining governance policies, standards, and procedures. Contribute controls expertise to policy development workstreams and ensure policy requirements are translated into operational control designs
  • Ensure the CM AI Governance controls infrastructure is maintained to a standard suitable for internal audit and regulatory review. Maintain complete documentation, evidence files, and review logs for all controls within scope
  • Ensure CM AI Governance program is aware of and aligned to impending reg changes, enforcement actions, and guidance cross-jurisdiction and cross-regulators
  • Coordinate with risk partners, Technology, Compliance, and first-line teams to ensure control implementations are practical, operationally embedded, and generating appropriate evidence on a routine basis

What do you need to succeed?
