Description
The Store Manager Trainee is responsible for learning all aspects of store operations and leadership in preparation for a Store Manager role. This includes supporting daily operations, merchandising, freight scheduling, hiring and developing associates, driving sales, maintaining store standards, controlling shrink, and providing excellent customer service. The trainee works closely with store and district leadership to develop the skills necessary to successfully lead and operate a store.
