Build a Physical Therapist career with more time for your patients, a predictable schedule, and a team that supports you.
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our established rehabilitation team at The Oaks at Algonquin, an active senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

What makes this opportunity different?
This isn’t a high-volume outpatient setting! You’ll typically treat 6–7 residents per day, giving you more time for individualized, one-on-one care and meaningful patient relationships.
Therapy also goes beyond the rehab gym. You’ll work with residents throughout the community, including their apartments, providing care in the spaces where they live and move every day.
The Oaks at Algonquin is an active senior living community with resident activities, classes, and programming throughout the day. Legacy has proudly served the community for five years, so you’ll be joining an established therapy team with strong relationships on-site.
And you won’t be doing it alone! You’ll have a supportive Rehabilitation Director and dedicated mentorship as you get started, including weekly check-ins during your first few weeks.
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.• Provide individualized, one-on-one treatment sessions with a functional approach.• Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes.
Your Legacy career offers great experiences, work/life balance, and excellent rewards, including:
• Desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements• $10,000 sign-on bonus• 401(k)• Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and pet insurance• Paid time off (PTO) with rollover and buyout options at year’s end• Company-paid group life insurance• Flexible spending account• Voluntary life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance• Licensure reimbursement• MedBridge access with unlimited online continuing education for full-time employees• Career advancement opportunities
