What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming, professional experience for patients, employers, and visitors.
- Manage patient registration, scheduling, check-in, and check-out.
- Coordinate communication between patients, employers, and clinical staff.
- Keep appointments, documentation, and daily clinic operations organized and moving efficiently.
- Handle employer authorizations, patient records, and administrative responsibilities.
- Support the clinical team and cross-train in additional occupational health services, including drug and alcohol testing.
Requirements
What You Bring
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and natural ability to connect with people.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Confidence navigating a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Initiative, accountability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic records.
- Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred.
Occupational medicine experience is a plus, but the right mindset matters more.
