Description
At Garmin we create products that are designed indoors for outdoor activities. We do this to enable our customers to make the most of their time spent pursuing their passions.
We recognize the value of flexibility in supporting employee well-being, work-life balance, and effective collaboration. Associates may work from home up to four days per month, or one day per week, while remaining connected to the teams and culture that help us do our best work.
Our roles are primarily office-based because we believe the best ideas, innovation, and strongest professional relationships are built through in-person collaboration, making regular team interaction an important part of our culture and future success.
Our team develops software solutions for Garmin Connect, which is our best known, Fitness and Outdoor power-house companion app catering tens of millions active users and supporting an ever-growing number of compatible Garmin devices.
