Description
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for power delivery system engineers to design the power delivery subsystem for our A-0 and A-1 systems.
Because of the high power concentration of our wafer-scale system, this necessitates vertical power delivery and other innovations to reach system level power density and integrity requirements while being high volume manufacturable and mechanically stable.
Ideal Background:
- Experience working with high power density VRM systems
- Experience designing power delivery subsystems for high TDP and high power density SoCs and PCB boards
Nice to Have:
- Experience with resonant VRMs
- Experience with vertical power delivery systems
- Experience designing custom VRMs
- Experience with systems utilized advanced and/or tightly packaged magnetics
- Experience with low voltage, high current draw systems
- Experience using and placing Vicor and MPS VRMs in systems
