About the job:
- Design and implement efficient plant layouts that optimize workflow, material handling, and space utilization.
- Lead layout redesign projects for new product introductions, line expansion, or process improvements.
- Utilize layout planning tools such as AutoCAD, simulation software, and digital factory tools.
- Ensure layouts follow lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
- Optimize warehouse, production floor, and material flow systems.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve productivity.
- Identify waste reduction opportunities across production processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
About you:
- Graduate of an Industrial Engineering course
- With at least 3-5 years of related experience in continuous improvement processes
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, including MS Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD
- Well-versed in statistical tools such as SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE, and software like Minitab
