Qualifications:
- One year of dental front desk experience.
- Knowledge of dental insurance protocols and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and a team player.
- Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures.
The Treatment Plan Coordinator works alongside the office manager and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Ideal candidates should possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor and excellent organizational skills, along with the ability to direct and help maintain full, productive patient schedules.

Essential Functions:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice.
- Check in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient information.
- Confirm appointments according to protocol and patient preferences.
- Schedule appointments for efficient use of doctor and staff time.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional reception area.
- Manage the recall and inactive patient systems.
- Collect patient payments at the time of service.
- Prepare financial treatment plans and present plan options to patients.
- Gather and verify patient benefits while maintaining accurate benefit summaries in dental software.
- Open and close the dental office according to established office protocols.
- Handle daily cash procedures and balance the day's transactions.
- Submit insurance claims for completed treatments and process prior authorizations.
