We currently have an opportunity for a UKG Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Responsibilities
The UKG Analyst supports the reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of Reynolds Consumer Products workforce management environment. The role serves as a functional and technical resource for timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, pay rules, workforce reporting, payroll-related data, and employee communications. Working across HR Systems, HR Master Data, Payroll, Human Resources, Operations, and system users, the analyst helps identify and resolve issues, strengthens controls, supports compliant and timely payroll processing, and improves the employee and manager experience through effective system solutions, testing, reporting, documentation, and training.

Workforce Management System Support
- Administers and supports UKG timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, pay rules, accrual adjustments, reporting, and payroll interfaces within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Monitors system functionality and data flow, researches incidents, identifies root causes, coordinates resolution, and communicates status to affected stakeholders.
- Supports user access, security roles, organizational setup, and configuration requests in accordance with established governance, approval, and data privacy requirements.
- Provides responsive functional support to HR Systems, HR Master Data, Payroll, Human Resources, managers, and employees, escalating technical or policy issues when appropriate.
Payroll Readiness, Controls & Compliance
- Improves payroll readiness by reviewing timecard approvals, pay codes, schedules, exceptions, missed punches, and other workforce data that may affect accurate and timely pay.
- Runs recurring audits and reconciliations to identify data discrepancies, control gaps, and trends; partners with the appropriate team to drive correction and prevent recurrence.
- Supports system and process compliance with company policies, applicable wage and hour requirements, collective bargaining provisions, and location-specific practices.
- Maintains confidentiality and applies appropriate controls when handling employee, payroll, scheduling, and security information.
Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement
- Develops, maintains, and validates reports, dashboards, and audit tools that provide clear and actionable workforce information.
- Analyzes system and process data to identify recurring issues, automation opportunities, control improvements, and ways to reduce manual effort or improve accuracy.
- Supports the gathering and documentation of business requirements and assists in developing test scenarios, reports, and process documentation.
- Recommends practical improvements that strengthen the employee experience, manager self-service, operational consistency, and service delivery.
Testing, Documentation & Change Support
- Plans and executes testing for UKG releases, enhancements, configuration changes, integrations, and defect corrections; documents results and follows issues through closure.
- Creates and maintains system procedures, configuration references, process maps, test evidence, training materials, and knowledge articles.
- Supports implementation and change-management activities, including stakeholder communication, user education, deployment readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
- Participates in projects, audits, technology initiatives, and cross-functional working sessions; manages assigned actions and delivers work within agreed timelines.
UKG Talk & Frontline Enablement
- Supports UKG Talk administration, including channels, audience access, workflows, content coordination, and user support within established communication standards.
- Partners with stakeholders to improve frontline adoption and ensure employees and leaders can effectively use available workforce tools and communications.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
- 2+ years’ experience supporting a workforce management, timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, payroll, HRIS, or closely related business system.
Preferred
- Experience researching data or system issues, performing audits, preparing reports, and documenting processes or test results.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management, UKG Dimensions, UKG Workforce Central, or a comparable enterprise workforce management platform.
- Experience supporting pay rules, timecard workflows, scheduling, device data, interfaces, security roles, or workforce reporting.
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment.
- Experience supporting system releases, configuration changes, integrations, testing, training, or change-management activities.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Working knowledge of timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, payroll readiness, data validation, and workforce management controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to organize facts, trace issues across systems or processes, identify root causes, and verify resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review, comparisons, lookups, filtering, reconciliation, and report preparation; proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to translate business needs into system support, reporting, testing, documentation, training, or process-improvement deliverables.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or process information to users with varying levels of system knowledge.
- Strong customer service, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across HR, Payroll, Operations, leaders, and frontline employees.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and respond effectively as business needs change.
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential employee, payroll, and security information.
