Senior Private Banker / Client Advisor | UHNW Private Clients & Business Development
London, United Kingdom | £60,000–£75,000/year
You’ll own long-term relationships with UHNW families and private investors while building your own book of business and developing new client relationships. The role combines sophisticated investment advice, bespoke portfolio solutions, and hands-on ownership of the full client lifecycle within a small, investment-focused team.
You’ll have the opportunity to advise international clients across investments, financing, and private capital while helping shape an independent firm’s next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do
• Manage UHNW and private clients as a trusted long-term advisor.
• Build new relationships and grow your own book of business, including a core group of existing clients.
• Work with the investment team to deliver bespoke portfolio solutions.
• Manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, structuring, reporting, and ongoing client management.
• Drive business growth while delivering a discreet, high-quality client experience.
What You’ll Need
• VP or Director-level experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Client Advisory.
• A growing book of business, including a core group of approximately 5–8 clients who could potentially transition over time.
• Qualified and regulated banker profile.
• Strong investment knowledge.
• Experience across client onboarding, structuring, tax considerations, reporting, and ongoing client management.
• Strong relationship-management, judgment, and communication skills.
• Long-term, client-first approach.
