Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associates will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Inventory Management

· Maintains an accurate running inventory.

· Enter purchase order data in the inventory control system.

Receiving & Inspection

· Receive all incoming raw materials.

· Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.

· Records, reports, and returns defective items.

Shipping & Packing

· Handles packing of finished products and samples for shipping according to SOP.

· Handles complaints related to shipments; notify supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.

Facility Maintenance

Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.

Work Experience

· Proficient with inventory control systems, and experience using scanners

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products, data entry, excellent mathematical skills and knowledge of (Jeeves) ERP, and WMS systems

· Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
