About the Role
We’re looking for an innovative video professional who loves bringing ideas to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking a project from concept to final product and creating videos that are engaging, polished, and memorable.
We’re open to different backgrounds and types of video professionals. If you’re creative, talented, and passionate about making great video, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative concepts and video ideas
- Plan and execute video shoots from start to finish
- Operate cameras and production equipment
- Assist with lighting, audio, locations, and production logistics
- Capture a variety of content, from polished productions to social-first video
- Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and other professionals
- Stay current with video trends, technology, and creative approaches
- An innovative, creative video professional

- Strong eye for cinematography, composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Ability to turn an idea into a compelling finished product
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity and range

In-office is preferred, but hybrid candidates will be considered. At least 3 days per week in the office is required.
