এর আর্থিক ও কারিগরী সহযোগীতায় ক্ষুদ্র ঋণ কর্মসুচীর চলমান কার্যক্রমে ও কর্মএলাকা সম্প্রসারণের লক্ষ্যে নিম্নবর্ণিত পদে নিয়োগের জন্য সৎ ও কর্মঠ প্রার্থীদের নিকট থেকে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা যাচ্ছে। কর্ম এলাকাঃ চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগের জেলা সমূহ (চাঁদপুর, কুমিল্লা, ফেনী, নোয়াখালী ও লক্ষ্মীপুর)।

- অভিজ্ঞতাঃ প্রয়োজন নেই। তবে অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিল যোগ্য।
- লিঙ্গঃ নারী-পুরুষ উভয়ে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। তবে পুরুষ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওযা হবে।
- বয়সঃ সর্বনিম্ন ১৮ বছর সর্বোচ্চ ২৫ বছর।

- অফিসের যাবতীয় আসবাবপত্র এবং রেকর্ড সমূহের সুন্দরভাবে আসন বিন্যাস সাধন করা এবং পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন করে রাখা।
- ফাইল পত্র আনা-নেয়া করা, ফটো কপি করা, অফিস নর্থীপত্র সংরক্ষন, অফিসের যাবতীয় কাজে সার্বক্ষনিক প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা প্রদান।
- অফিসের প্রয়োজনে ব্যাংক, শাখা ও অন্যান্য জায়গায় যাওয়া।
- প্রতিটি ডেস্কে বিশুদ্ধ খাবার পানির বোতল সরবরাহ করা।
- অফিসের নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্ব পালন করা এবং অফিসিয়াল কাজগুলি পরিপাটি করা।
- সকাল, দুপুর ও বিকেল এর সকল প্রকার খাবার, চা ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় খাদ্যদ্রব্য প্রয়োজন ও চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সরবরাহ করা অর্থাৎ অতিথি আপ্যায়ন করা।
- সকলের উপস্থিতি স্বাক্ষর সংগ্রহ করা।
- কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক যে কোন ধরনের আদেশ ও নির্দেশ যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।
- মাসিক বেতন ১০,০০০-১৫,০০০ টাকা। অন্যান্য সুযোগ সুবিধাদি কাজের পারফরমেন্স অনুযায়ী প্রাপ্য হবেন।
আগ্রহী প্রার্থীগণকে আগামী ৩০শে এপ্রিল- ২০২৪ ইং তারিখ বিকাল ৫টার মধ্যে প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা বরাবর স্বহস্তে লিখিত।
আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে পূর্ণ জীবনবৃত্তান্ত, সদ্যতোলা ২কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি ও প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রাদিসহ (সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতার সনদ, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের ফটোকপি) সোপিরেট-এর প্রকল্প প্রধান কার্যালয়; শেখ রাসেল সড়ক, সমসেরাবাদ, লক্ষীপুর-৩৭০০. এই ঠিকানায় সরাসরি/ডাক/কুরিয়ার যোগে প্রেরণের জন্য আহবান করা যাচ্ছে। খামের উপরে পদের নাম ও জেলার নাম উল্লেখ করতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র বাছাইকৃত প্রার্থীদেরকে মোবাইল/এসএমএস/ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষার জন্য ডাকা হবে।পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবেনা। নিয়োগ সংক্রান্ত যে কোন বিষয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষমতা সংস্থা সংরক্ষণ করে।
যে কোন ধরনের সুপারিশ প্রার্থীর অযোগ্যতা বলে গণ্য হবে। ইতোপূর্বে দায়িত্ব পালনে অনিয়ম করেছেন, নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতনের অভিযোগে অভিযুক্ত এমন প্রার্থীদের আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নেই।
