Endodontist Jobs in Dallas, TX

High-Earning Endo Opportunity With a Private, Elite Practice

This is a privately owned, doctor-led endodontics practice – NOT a DSO. It sits in the heart of an upscale, affluent Dallas-Fort Worth neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants and a beautiful setting, with higher-than-average fees and a full referral base already in place. The practice will even help set up lunches to introduce you to referring general dentists and keep that pipeline strong. Their philosophy is simple: create a place where patients feel welcome and excited to visit. This is a top-notch endo practice that prides itself on raising the bar.

Key Features

• Employment type: 1099
• Compensation: 40% of collections, with a path to 42%
• High earning potential: Driven by higher-than-average fees and an established referral base
• Growthpath: For the right long-term fit, partnership is a real possibility over time
• Schedule: 2 days per week
• Support: 1 dedicated operatory
• Technology: All equipment provided and brand new. T-DO styled practice with cone beam, ASI carts, 3-D imaging, and microscopes

Why Consider This?

Dallas-Fort Worth pairs big-city amenities with a strong cost-of-living advantage, and Texas has no state income tax, so more of what you earn stays with you. This endodontist role puts you in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the metro, working in a fully equipped, brand-new endo practice with the referral support to stay busy. DFW International Airport keeps you connected for travel. For an endodontist who wants premium equipment, strong fees, a light 2-day footprint, and a genuine path toward partnership, this is a rare fit.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Texas dental license.
