About Ibexa
We're a team of 350+ people across Europe and beyond who share one slightly stubborn belief: marketers deserve better tools. So we build them. Ibexa is the Agentic Marketing Platform, where AI agents take care of the repetitive work and marketers stay in charge of the ideas, the brand and the calls that matter.
Our products, Actito, Qualifio, Quable, Raptor and Cohesivo, each grew up as specialists in their own field. Today they work together as one platform, built by engineers, designers, consultants, product people and marketers who genuinely care about getting it right. We come from many countries and cultures, we speak plenty of languages (a few of them are code), and we're proud of our European roots: open, human and serious about trust. If you like big challenges, good company and a bit of fun along the way, you'll feel right at home.
About the role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Channel Team based in Louvain-la-Neuve, responsible for all messaging channels. You will work in a collaborative Scrum setup with Product Managers and UX designers, directly influencing the architecture, development, and scaling of our communication services. This role also leverages AI-assisted coding with Claude to accelerate development, improve quality, and support complex backend workflows.
