Position Overview

United Health Services is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to provide operational oversight while supporting high-quality, patient-centered care. This role serves as a key clinical and leadership resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, education, problem-solving, and support while helping coordinate day-to-day nursing operations.

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor collaborates with nursing leadership, hospital administration, and interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication, clinical excellence, and a positive patient and employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to advance their career and make an impact across patient care and hospital operations.

$44.77 - $67.15 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Three (3) years of progressive Nursing experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License
• CPR within 3 months of hire

Preferred:

• Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration)
• ACLS certification
