### Metrology & Inspection

• Operate and maintain advanced metrology tools including CD, Overlay, Thin Film, Defect Inspection, and Optical/Electrical Measurement systems.
• Perform wafer measurements and inspections to monitor critical process parameters and detect process excursions.
• Support equipment setup, qualification, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure measurement integrity and sustain tool performance through statistical monitoring and continuous improvement.

### Process Optimization & Yield Improvement

• Analyze process and metrology data to identify opportunities for yield enhancement, defect reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Apply SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Failure Analysis methodologies to investigate and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Lead or participate in process optimization projects to improve quality, reliability, cycle time, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support new process qualification, baseline establishment, and process control plan development.

### Data Analytics & AI-Driven Manufacturing

• Utilize data analytics, statistical modeling, and visualization tools to identify process trends, abnormal signatures, and yield loss drivers.
• Leverage AI and machine learning solutions to improve defect classification, process monitoring, virtual metrology, and predictive analytics.
• Develop workflow automation solutions to reduce manual engineering effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Apply Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and AI Agents) to accelerate engineering analysis, report generation, knowledge management, and decision-making processes.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives through integration of AI-assisted workflows, automated data pipelines, and intelligent manufacturing solutions.

### Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Data Science, and Supplier teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluations to support technology development and high-volume manufacturing.
• Manage supplier quality activities and support risk mitigation efforts related to process and material changes.

### Documentation & Reporting

• Document engineering investigations, yield improvement activities, and inspection results.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering presentations, and executive summaries for management review.
• Establish standardized dashboards and automated reporting systems to enhance visibility and decision-making.
