Summary
Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader, the main responsibility as Demand Planner (Supply Chain Analyst) is to run a series of reports /tools facilitating decisions in Supply Chain; As we continue to automate some of these reports / tools, the role will evolveinto more predictive analysis of supply chain events

Primary Responsibilities
- Run reports / tools used to support decision making in Supply Chain
- Thorough understanding of material and information flow across the internal FGF supply chain
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop and maintain the Sales Forecast that drives the production planningprocess.
- Thorough understanding of how new products are introduced (from a planning view point)
- Thorough understanding of promotion cycles by customer, product transitions, fluctuating trends, productseasonality
- Monitor sales forecast performance and reflect in forecasting future sales after consulting with the Sales team
- Perform ad-hoc analysis requests, as required
- Participate in continuous improvement projects by collaborating closely with other teams in the organization
Required Experience
- Post-secondary education in Business, preferable with focus on Supply Chain
- 2-3 years of supply chain experience or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel is a must
- VBA, Python or any other language for statistical computing and data visualization would be a strength
- Some ERP experience required
