About the Role

As a Travel Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care within residential aged care facilities across the Northern Territory. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support residents' clinical, emotional, and wellbeing needs while maintaining compliance with aged care standards and best practice guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
• Undertake clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation
• Administer medications and manage clinical treatments
• Recognise and respond to changes in resident condition
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to care staff
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with organisational and legislative requirements

What you’ll need

• Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Division 1)
• Minimum 2 year recent Aged Care Registered Nurse experience
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Australian working rights (contract role – no sponsorship available)
