Description
We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.
Racing is where our story began.
In 1901, Henry Ford climbed into a car he built himself—"Sweepstakes"—and beat America's most famous driver. He wasn't a racer, but he had to win. He did. Ford Motor Company was born from that victory.
That fighting spirit lives on in Ford Racing today. We're the engineers, strategists, and competitors who bring Ford's track-tested edge into every vehicle we build. Every track, every stage, every proving ground—that's where we prove ourselves.
The result: one of the world's most iconic brands, legendary nameplates, and a team unmatched in the industry.
Our mantra: Race to win, engineer to lead.
If you're a competitor, innovator, or performance obsessive, Ford Racing is where you belong. Help us write the next chapter.

- Passionate about customer experience, this individual will place the customer at the center of daily decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality regional aftersales experience.
- Customer racing or motorsports aftersales experience is strongly preferred, together with practical knowledge of parts, logistics, technical service, and event support.
What you'll do...
Regional Operations & Program Coordination
- Execute the regional aftersales plan for Ford Racing motorsports programs in North America, including One Make Series, GT4, GT3, and other customer racing or special vehicle programs.

- Collaborate closely with Ford Racing Engineering, Vehicle Operations, race teams, importers, distributors, and regional partners.
- Support regional program launches, next-generation vehicle rollouts, and product or program end-of-line activities.
Customer & Trackside Support
- Build and maintain strong, solution-oriented relationships with customers, racing teams, technical partners, importers, and distributors across North America.
- Coordinate aftersales support at regional race events, including pre-event preparation, trackside support, and post-event follow-up.
- Act as the first point of contact for urgent regional customer issues, resolving matters directly where possible and escalating appropriately to the Global Customer Racing Aftersales Manager and technical teams.
Parts & Logistics Management
- Monitor regional inventory requirements, parts availability, backorders, and logistics execution to support customers and race events.
- Work with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, logistics providers, and regional distribution partners to support the lifecycle of components and systems.
- Apply global aftersales processes consistently across the region while identifying practical adaptations required for North American market, customs, cross-border freight, and regulatory conditions.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Support implementation and effective regional use of Ford Racing’s global ERP and other aftersales systems.
- Prepare post-event reports, track recurring issues, and share regional insights to improve future planning, parts readiness, and service execution.
