Summary

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex product development programs from concept through implementation, bringing together diverse teams to achieve strategic business objectives. You will drive project execution, align stakeholders, manage resources and priorities, and ensure successful delivery in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Define program goals, project plans, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and locations.
• Drive collaboration between engineering, operations, and business functions to achieve product development objectives.
• Manage product design cost targets and support long-term strategic initiatives.
• Prioritize and oversee multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as the primary interface between project teams, business units, integration teams, and site leadership.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with engineering and quality standards.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Strong program and project management expertise with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, multicultural environment.
• Experience driving business process development, planning, and stakeholder negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Solid understanding of cross-functional business relationships and product development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• MBA is an advantage.
• PMI Certification required.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and product development environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering organization.
