Job Description:

Bp is reimagining energy for people and our planet.

We provide heat, light and mobility to customers worldwide. We’re fundamentally redefining what we do, so we can reach net zero by 2050 or sooner. We also have a strong mission to help the whole world reach net zero too – working across our industry to improve people’s lives.

It’s a big value to us that the differences we see in the world around us are reflected in our workplace. Who you are is what counts, not where you’re from or how you live your life. A culture that values everyone benefits all of us. That’s why, to help our people thrive, we cultivate a truly diverse and inclusive environment.

Join us as a COCO Manager!
This is an operational role accountable for the delivery of HSSE, financial, operational, customer and people performance across a portfolio of company-operated sites (COCO). • Promote and drive continuous improvement in customer experience, operational standards, compliance and business performance.
  • Build and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
  • Exercise a high degree of autonomy, judgement and decision-making in leading operational, people and business matters.
  • Manage operational incidents, compliance findings and audit actions, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable corrective actions.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners and collaborate across multiple functions to deliver business objectives and critical initiatives.
  • Support and lead the implementation of strategic business initiatives and operational change programs within the assigned portfolio of sites

  • The role reports to the Field Operations Manager and has accountability for HSSE, people leadership and development, and the financial, operational and customer performance of the assigned portfolio of company-operated sites.
  • The role works closely with Operations Support, Commercial, Convenience, Assets, Marketing, People & Culture and other support teams to deliver business objectives.
