Heartline Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for a psychiatric direct-care contract in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Two Commonwealth openings are available.

TRAVEL CONTRACT AT A GLANCE

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,046

Taxable Rate: $20.00/hour

Weekly Travel Stipend: $1,246

Overtime Rate: $50.00/hour

Hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: 5x8 Nights

Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Location: South Mountain, PA

Setting: Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Direct Care

The $1,246 weekly travel stipend is tax-free for eligible travelers who meet applicable tax-home and IRS requirements.

THE ASSIGNMENT

Provide psychiatric direct nursing care in a residential healthcare environment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania, with a focus on patient safety and well-being during overnight hours.

Responsibilities include monitoring and supporting patient safety, completing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, communicating changes in patient condition, and working effectively within the behavioral health care team.

This overnight assignment requires consistent availability for the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift and experience in psychiatric or mental health care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license REQUIRED
• Experience in psychiatric or mental health care settings REQUIRED
• Ability to monitor and support patient safety during overnight shifts REQUIRED
• Strong communication and assessment skills REQUIRED
• Knowledge of Crisis Prevention and Intervention REQUIRED
• Ability to work the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM overnight shift consistently REQUIRED

Preferred

• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• At least 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience
• Previous experience working with behavioral or psychiatric patients in a residential or inpatient setting
• BLS/CPR certification
• Familiarity with documentation and charting tools
• Certification in Crisis Prevention and Intervention
