- Translate business priorities into clear program charters, governance models, roadmaps, milestones, and success measures
- Influence stakeholders across functions and regions, proactively manage dependencies and risks, and accelerate decisions through data-driven insights
- Create scalable solutions, standards, and best practices that improve efficiency, agility, and performance across the global network
Global Collaboration and Execution
- Build strong partnerships across engineering, operations, planning, supply chain, suppliers, and leadership to align priorities and accelerate execution
- Engage directly with sites and suppliers, including domestic and international travel as required, to advance program outcomes
- Maintain rigorous documentation, governance, and compliance with engineering standards and best practices
Cross-Functional and Cross-Site Leadership
- Connect FE central planning, fab planning, SMAI, OCT, and other central and regional teams to build shared ownership and coordinated action
- Act as a central integration point across regions and functions, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions, resources, and execution
- Lead recurring global forums and program reviews to drive accountability, share best practices, and escalate issues requiring leadership attention
External Benchmarking and Innovation
