Post Office Delivery and Pickup Operations
Transport mail, packages, and supplies to and from local post offices on a daily basis according to a predetermined delivery schedule. Ensure timely and accurate handling of all items while maintaining proper documentation. Remain available to assist with Saturday or special delivery needs as required to support operational demands.
Campus Delivery Coordination and Distribution
Perform scheduled deliveries and pickups across the Pensacola Christian College campus, ensuring items are delivered to the correct departments and locations. Coordinate with campus departments to understand delivery needs, respond to requests, and maintain reliable distribution services. Ensure all deliveries are handled professionally and with care.
Vehicle Operation, Safety, and Recordkeeping
Operate delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with established policies and traffic regulations. Perform routine safety inspections of assigned vehicles, reporting maintenance issues as needed. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and vehicle usage to support accountability and operational tracking.
Receiving Support and Operational Assistance
Assist with Distribution Center receiving operations when not actively on delivery routes. Support unloading, inspection, and processing of incoming materials while following all safety and procedural guidelines. Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient receiving area and support overall warehouse operations as needed.

Physical Requirements and Skills
CDL (Commercial Drivers License), Knowledge of PCC Campus & Pensacola area, Microsoft Office, Move large carts, Precision Driving, State driver's license
