- Oversee daily operation, including customer service and staff supervision.
- Maintain quality standards for food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff to improve their performance.
- Manage inventory and costs for efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations.
What you will bring:
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a prestigious hotel and in Supervisory role is required.
- Ability to motivate and supervise the team.
- Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
- Complain handling skills and eye for details.
