At Amethyst 3PL GmbH, we provide high-quality third-party logistics and warehouse services. We are looking for a reliable, energetic Warehouse Operator to join our team in Goch to ensure an efficient, smooth flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operator, you will perform a variety of essential logistics and warehouse tasks, including:

• Goods Inward & Outward: Loading and unloading delivery vehicles manually; moving pallets using pallet jacks / pump trucks.
• Storage & Inventory: Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products accurately according to labels.
• Order Processing: Accurate and efficient picking and packing of orders using hand-held scanners, creating carrier labels, and transporting goods to loading bays.
• WMS & Stock Control: Keeping precise stock records in our Warehouse Management System (SEQOS) and conducting regular stock checks.
• Value-Added Services: Relabelling, over-boxing, security tagging, and preparing custom shipments.
• Quality & Safety: Checking for damaged/missing goods, reporting discrepancies, and adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace (sweeping aisles, removing shrink wrap, clearing yard/work areas).

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential:

• Languages: Good German skills. Basic Dutch and/or English is a plus.
• IT Skills: Basic Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge and strong computer/tablet literacy.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, upbeat, and structured in your daily work.
• Physical Capability: Ability to meet the physical demands of manual lifting and handling goods.
• Flexibility: Willingness to take on diverse tasks and work shifts as needed.
• Teamwork: Strong team player with good communication skills.

Desirable:

• Minimum 1 year of experience/training in warehouse logistics (or equivalent).
• Valid Forklift Truck Licence (Gabelstaplerschein).
• Experience using pallet jacks / pump trucks.

What We Offer

Salary: €31,000 – €35,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Holiday Allowance: 30 days of paid annual leave + 11 public holidays.

Bonuses:

• Half-year gross monthly salary bonus.
• Discretionary end-of-year bonus.
