Experienced Fabricator

Empire | $20–$28 per Hour | Full-Time

Tired of Being Just Another Welder in a Shop Where Your Hard Work Goes Unnoticed?

You show up. You work hard. You take pride in what you build. But at the end of the day, do you feel like you're actually going somewhere?

What if you could work for a company that values your skills, respects your work ethic, and gives you the opportunity to build more than just another project?

At Empire, we're not looking for someone who just knows how to weld. We're looking for the person who takes pride in laying down a perfect bead, sees solutions where others see problems, and refuses to put their name on something that isn't done right.

The kind of person who doesn't need someone standing over their shoulder to get the job done.

Sound like you? Then we might have something worth talking about.

Who We're Looking For

You're the kind of person who:

• Takes pride in your craftsmanship. You don't believe in shortcuts. If your name is on it, it's going to be done right.
• Has grit. Tough projects, tight deadlines, and unexpected challenges don't scare you. You figure it out and get it done.
• Thinks outside the box. You don't just see a set of blueprints. You see how to turn an idea into something real.
• Believes in loyalty. You want to work alongside people who have your back, and you're the kind of teammate who has theirs.
• Has integrity. You do the right thing even when nobody is watching.
• Brings a positive mindset. You know every day won't be easy, but your attitude can make all the difference.
• Knows how to enjoy the journey. You work hard, but you also believe life should be about more than punching a clock.

Maybe your perfect weekend involves hunting, fishing, watching sports, heading to the racetrack, or spending time with family and friends.

That's the kind of people you'll find at Empire. People who work hard, take pride in what they do, and have a life outside of work.

What Could Your Future Look Like at Empire?

Imagine going to work knowing your experience matters.

Imagine being surrounded by people who care just as much about quality as you do.

Imagine having the opportunity to take on different projects, sharpen your skills, and become an even better fabricator.

At Empire, we believe a great career should help you build a great life.

We're building a team of people who want more than just a paycheck. People who want to grow, contribute, and be proud of what they've accomplished.

The question is: Are you ready to be part of something bigger?

You've Got the Skills. Let's Put Them to Work.

We're looking for an experienced fabricator who brings real hands-on knowledge to the table.

Here's what will help you succeed:

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, stick, and service welding.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience working with different materials and fabrication techniques.
• Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• A strong understanding of equipment care, maintenance, and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate equipment such as skid loaders.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification and OSHA 10 training.

We need someone who knows their way around a fabrication shop, takes ownership of their work, and isn't afraid to tackle something new.

A Few Things You Should Know

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active and working through challenges.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• U.S. work authorization required.
