Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified region, for the portfolio of a unit, in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers, and to achieve defined financial goals and sales targets.

Job Description

1. Maintain the end-to-end sales database to ensure data accuracy, completeness and

timeliness;

2. Design and manage data visualization solutions, optimize database logic, achieve

automation of analysis reports, and improve data delivery efficiency;

3. Respond to cross-departmental data needs, provide customized data analysis

support, deliver reports and refine actionable optimization suggestions;

4. Integrate multi-source internal data, develop and maintain robust performance

tracking and forecasting models to improve the accuracy of sales forecasting and

resource allocation;

5. Lead end-to-end data support for incentive projects, align with business objectives

and issue timely data alerts;

6. Support the evaluation of external data service providers, and track service quality

and delivery progress;

7. Develop data usage guidelines, conduct tool and process training in line with

business scenarios, and enhance the team’s data application capabilities;

8. Coordinate with relevant functional team to implement the tasks from headquarters

and ensure timely delivery of information or data.

9. COE team project manager role to support local and global projects.

10. COE team communication management

11. Perform tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements

1. 5+ years data analysis experience, proficient in end-to-end sales database management & data

visualization (e.g., SQL, Power BI/Tableau); medical/healthcare experience preferred.

2. Over 3years in supporting sales operation or Business Excellence projects is a plus.

3. Cross-departmental coordination or external data service experience is a plus.

4. Experience of internal communication and project management

5. Bachelor degree or above
