Overview
Perform patient registration functions for outpatient departments, accurately collecting demographic and insurance data to ensure appropriate reimbursement and claim filing. Utilize technology to quote and collect patient liabilities identified by insurance companies. Act as initial greeter for patients/visitors, maintain forms inventory, and provide hospitality services. Work PRN/float basis across multiple Baptist Health Care locations with flexible scheduling requirements including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
