Overview
As a PCA + CMA, you'll provide resident care that fosters independence and confidence. Responsibilities include passing medications according to care plans, assisting with personal care activities like dressing and bathing, demonstrating kindness and dignity during interactions, and documenting cares appropriately. The position offers full or part-time night shift hours with a starting base pay of $18.00-$19.10/hour plus shift differentials, PTO from day one, comprehensive health benefits, 401K with employer contribution, and opportunities for additional hours. Requirements include High School Diploma/GED and Medication Aide certification (training available for the right candidate).
