Shift Supervisor

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Ensure compliance with site and corporate Quality, Food Safety, EHS policies, and all applicable regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, cGMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, Sedex).
• Develop and enforce SOPs and Work Instructions aligned with hazard controls, environmental aspects, and process safety practices.
• Actively participate in EHS and Quality programs, including audits, hazard identification, emergency response, and risk-based activities.
• Promote a strong safety, quality, and food safety culture through role modeling and encouraging team participation.
• Supervise daily production operations in line with schedules, ensuring accurate reporting and achievement of KPIs.
• Drive operational efficiency by maintaining process stability, optimizing capacity, yield, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead problem-solving and root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions in coordination with the Production Manager.
• Coordinate cross-functional production activities to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including SAP records, shift logs, reports, and administrative requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in ERP systems; SAP experience highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of GMP for food additives and pharmaceutical excipients.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP).
