As **Public Affairs Manager Germany and Europe (gn)**, you will take on a key role at the intersection of politics, business, and society. You will strategically position the Bikeleasing Group, build strong and resilient relationships with relevant stakeholders, and ensure that our interests are represented early, credibly, and effectively in Germany and Europe. You will work closely with Communications, Marketing, and Management and have the opportunity to significantly shape and further develop Public Affairs at group level. • At group level, you will assume overall strategic responsibility for Public Affairs in Germany, including topic prioritization, stakeholder management, and integrated action planning
• For other European markets, you will develop an independent Public Affairs strategy and implement it effectively
• You will systematically monitor and assess political and regulatory developments in Germany and Europe and derive concrete courses of action
• You will strategically manage external Public Affairs consultants and agencies at national and international level
• You will represent the Bikeleasing Group in political bodies, associations, and relevant industry networks, closely aligning Public Affairs content with corporate, brand, and communication strategies

## Your profile

• You have several years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, political consulting, or a comparable role
• You have already worked in international or multinational Public Affairs structures
• You have excellent German and English skills and another european language at negotiation level
• A high degree of independence, political acumen, integrity, and strategic thinking are among your strengths
• Ideally, you have experience and a strong network in the mobility or cycling industry
• Ideally, you are based in Berlin or the surrounding area
