Medic Advisor – Offshore Wind Project

The Medic Advisor is responsible for providing offshore medical support and advisory services while ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all personnel onboard. The role supports offshore operations by delivering first-response medical care, health monitoring, emergency preparedness, and medical guidance in line with company procedures and project requirements.

Location: Offshore Wind Project – Germany
Rotation: Project-Based (Approx. 4 Weeks)
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: Mid-July (Approximate)
Key Responsibilities

Provide primary medical care and emergency response support to offshore personnel.

Maintain medical facilities, equipment, and supplies in accordance with project requirements.

Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate medical records.

Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and incident response procedures.

Promote health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives onboard.

Liaise with onshore medical providers and project management when required.

Ensure compliance with client, company, and regulatory medical standards.
Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory)

Valid OGUK Medical Fitness Certificate.

Valid GWO Basic Safety Training Certificate.

Valid Working at Height (WAH) certification (updated within the last year).

Valid Chester Step Test certificate.

Valid A1 Certificate.

For non-EU citizens, a valid work permit allowing employment in the project location.
Project Scope
The successful candidate will support offshore wind farm installation activities, including cable pull-in, cable laying, and cable burial operations.
Only candidates meeting the mandatory certification requirements will be considered.
