The role:

Are you a Property Manager / Leasing Transaction Manager seeking for your next opportunity?

Due to business expansions, we are seeking expressions of interest from both Property and Leasing professional with background in Commercial Real Estate.

Whilst this is a hybrid role, you must be based in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and has the capacity to attend the office.

Property Manager

Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will deliver comprehensive Real Estate Management services across a diverse property portfolio, working within a geographically dispersed team to implement best practice across owned and leased premises.

Snapshot of the roles:

• Manage a defined portfolio including property transitions, inspections, and compliance monitoring
• Oversee finance, budgets, and rent roll management
• Ensure building/statutory compliance and asset management
• Monitor critical dates and maintain comprehensive reporting
• Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end property management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and site contacts
• Collaborate with the broader team to achieve account goals and objectives

Leasing Transaction Manager

Role Overview: The Leasing Transaction Manager will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Real Estate Transaction Management services across an allocated portfolio, focusing on lease events, negotiations, and market engagement strategies.

Snapshot of the roles:

• End-to-end management of critical dates and key lease events
• Negotiate new leases, renewals, licenses, and other use agreements
• Manage market rent reviews and make-good negotiations with multiple stakeholders
• Conduct market searches and deliver professional recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy agreements and transaction matters
• Provide market insights for client reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with approval procedures and maintain audit trails
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements for both roles:

• An Australian Citizen in order to comply with our Client’s requirement to obtain and gain AGSVA clearance. If you already have a clearance, please indicate your status in your resume.
• 3+ years’ experience in property transactions and associated services
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business, Commerce, Law or equivalent
• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build relationship and rapport with varied stakeholders
• Property Manager: Sound understanding of property operations with knowledge of HS&E requirements and facility management principles
• Transaction Manager: Sound understanding of commercial leases with ability to manage complex issues within tight deadlines
