This pivotal role involves leading the charge in crafting RFPs, mastering negotiation tactics, and conducting cost analyses. What You Will Do

• Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis

• Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction

• Carries out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest

• Prepares purchase orders, approves payments, and negotiates prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance

• Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries

• Directs and manages all schedules, and purchase orders for the client account or the product family

• Ensures compliance to Collins Global Trade policies

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience 

• German language (C1)

• English language (C1)

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience using Microsoft Navision (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects most preferred)

• Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Looking for a motivated team player

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Ability to develop long-lasting relationships

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience with Supply Chain processes

• Work independently, remain calm under pressure

• Travel 25%

Zakres wynagrodzenia dla tego stanowiska wynosi 8 583,0 PLN - 17 500,0 PLN. Podany zakres jest szacunkową wartością reprezentatywną obejmującą różne poziomy doświadczenia tym stanowisku.  Przy ustaleniu wysokości wynagrodzenia RTX bierze pod uwagę m. in. zakres roli, poziom odpowiedzialności, doświadczenie zawodowe kandydata, lokalizację, wykształcenie, ukończone szkolenia oraz kluczowe kompetencje kandydata.
