Prevencionista de Riesgos
Objetivo del Puesto
- Planificar, controlar y asesorar en materias de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, promoviendo acciones preventivas y correctivas para evitar accidentes y enfermedades profesionales, resguardando el cumplimiento normativo (RIOHS 2025), las condiciones de infraestructura y la calidad de vida laboral.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en obra.
- Control de riesgos y salud ocupacional.
- Cumplimiento de protocolos MINSAL.
- Análisis de indicadores y datos de seguridad.
Funciones Principales
- Fiscalizar en terreno el cumplimiento del programa de prevención.
- Ejecutar capacitaciones e inducciones en seguridad.
- Asesorar a Comités Paritarios y áreas operativas.
- Gestionar requerimientos de organismos fiscalizadores y Ley 16.744.
- Investigar incidentes y proponer mejoras.
- Supervisar vigilancia médica ocupacional.
- Elaborar informes de SSO con medidas correctivas/preventivas.
- Implementar estándares de seguridad de Ferrovial.
Formación
- Título técnico o universitario en Prevención de Riesgos o carreras afines (Ingeniería Industrial, Civil u otras relacionadas).
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Software de gestión de riesgos (ISOTools, Synergi Life).
- Herramientas Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Deseable manejo de AutoCAD y MS Project.
Certificaciones
- Prevención de Riesgos (ASP, CSP).
- Primeros Auxilios, Rescate y Sustancias Peligrosas.
- Normas ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 y capacitación vigente en SST.
Competencias
- Dominio normativo en seguridad y salud ocupacional.
- Evaluación y gestión de riesgos.
- Planificación de emergencias.
- Gestión de programas de seguridad en construcción.
- Registro como Experto Profesional ante SEREMI de Salud.
Experiencia
- Mínimo 3 años en construcción.
- Experiencia en funciones equivalentes, investigación de accidentes, asesoría en seguridad y ejecución de capacitaciones.
