Description
As an FP&A Analyst at MKS/Atotech, you will partner with finance teams to support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial controls to ensure accurate, compliant, and data‑driven financial performance management. In this role, you will report to the FP&A Manager & Senior Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interim Forecast Processes — Create and update interim forecast processes from a financial perspective in HFM.
- Variance Analyses — Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses with clear explanations using HFM and Excel.
- Annual Budget Preparation — Prepare and document the annual budget (POR) in HFM in accordance with Group requirements.
- Valuation Allowances & Provisions — Determine required valuation allowances and provisions (e.g., inventory valuation allowances, warranty provisions) in line with Group guidelines using Oracle and Excel.
- Annual Financial Statements — Provide support in the preparation of the annual financial statements.
- SOX Controls — Assist in the execution and documentation of defined SOX controls.
- Site Controller Substitution — Act as a substitute for the Berlin Site Controller, complete training in the Cost Accounting module.
Required Skills:
- Academic graduate in Finance Accounting and/or Controlling or comparable.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Finance (preferred in BPO/SCC).
- Oracle experience.
- Experience with consolidation tool – e.g. Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Strong English language skills.
- Proficiency in Excel & MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Soft skills – organized, communicative, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
