We are looking for a Permits Coordinator to help secure permits for all equipment installations and confirm that all inspections have been completed. We need you!
Job Title: Permit Coordinator
Job Location: Roseville, MI 48066
Job Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting the Call Center by answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls to fill the Call Board in a polite, friendly manner
- Assisting with the fulfillment of Installation Coordinator responsibilities, particularly when Installation Coordinator is unavailable
- Assisting the Sales Department with general needs and inquiries, particularly when Sales Lead Coordinator is unavailable
- Applying and creating payment for permits prior to the commencement of every job (three business days whenever possible)
- Coordinating equipment inspections with homeowners and municipalities and following-up to ensure inspection has passed
- Conducting a weekly review of all open permits & contact homeowners to schedule inspections
- Scheduling violation visits with Field Supervisor and homeowner for all failed inspections
- Assisting in completing accurate and timely paperwork
- Participating actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training
- Attending Installation Department meetings and Company meetings
- Any other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
