Your Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions for safe and accurate dispensing.
- Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Administer injections and provide clinical pharmacy services.
- Conduct medication reviews, care plans, and prescribing activities where appropriate.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Sc. Pharm.) or PharmD.
- Active registration and licensure with the Alberta College of Pharmacy.
- Authorization to administer injections and provide clinical services.
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding patient care.
