POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and administering occupational therapy treatment programs designed to improve function, reduce pain, prevent disabilities, and promote the overall health and well-being of our patients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides physical therapy treatment according to an established treatment plan under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Provides effective communication with patients, family members, referring physicians, and the therapy treatment team.
- Maintains patient records confidentially in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Prepares and submits patient charges accurately to provide appropriate billing information to be reviewed and signed off by supervising therapist.
- Complies with Pennsylvania State Physical Therapy Act, codes, and regulations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible.
- Outpatient experience preferred, not required.
- CPR certification is required.

- Monday-Thursday, 7:00AM-7:00PM
- Friday, 7:00AM-6:00PM
- Saturday, 8:00AM-12:00PM
