Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
Accurately capture and maintain customer demand in the system; manage order entry and updates with attention to detail.
Support on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving supply gaps.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Contribute to revenue growth through active involvement in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and operational process improvements.
Serve as a dependable and solutions-focused partner to both customers and the sales team.
Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations from a customer account management perspective.
Provide data-driven analysis to empower the sales team with actionable insights that support revenue growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills and experiences:
At least 2 years of working experience, regardless of industry
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N1 or equivalent
English language proficiency: TOEIC 860 or equivalent
