Despatch Supervisor

Tech Recycle is a leading and well-established IT/electrical refurbishment company operating on a four-day week (Mon-Thurs, 8am-5.30pm) and closed Fri-Sun. You will be  responsible for overseeing the despatch process, ensuring that all customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled and delivered on time. This includes supervising a team of pickers/packers, supervising the packing and labelling of orders, and coordinating deliveries with the shipping department. Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the despatch processLeading a team of pickers/packersEnsure orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilledSupervise the packing and labelling of ordersCoordinate deliveries with the shipping departmentEnsure that all deliveries are made on timeMaintain accurate records of all despatch activitiesContinuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiencyRequirements:Proven experience as a despatch supervisorGood leadership skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamExcellent organizational and time-management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood problem-solving skillsMust have a valid UK driving licensePhysical Demands:Standing for extended periods of timeLifting up to 25 kg
