Job Description:
- We are looking to hire an experienced P2P / MM Consultant with Fashion & Lifestyle Retail experience home-based anywhere in Europe.
- You will work with our clients in the template design phase to capture the requirements, guide and lead your team, which will consist of consultants both onshore and offshore.
- During the design phase you will ensure that the design items do meet the expectations of the client and will bring the expected benefits.
- After the successful design and sign-off you will ensure successful delivery including go-live.
- On some projects, an international industrialized rollout where you will play the role of guardian for the design template might follow.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- experienced to lead Workstreams in an S/4 Fashion environment with focus on MRP, Sourcing, Logistics
- General degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications
- Deep proficiency in core module and formal training/certification of SAP
- Lateral knowledge of all complementary modules of SAP
- Expertise in the MM module, certification ideally but not mandatory
- Exposure to multiple project implementations
- Minimum of 6 years Consultancy, with relevant & recent Fashion & Lifestyle industry experience
- At least 4 full life cycle implementations in a SAP consulting capacity and/or upgrades
- Must speak German and English Fluently
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to articulate ideas and opinions to all stakeholders
- Ability to lead and work in teams - interpersonal skills are essential
- Leadership capabilities, result orientation, conceptual thinking, and innovative mindset
- Ability and willingness to take on new initiatives/technologies
- You also need to possess excellent customer facing skills, be happy working on your own or as part of large project teams and be prepared to travel internationally
