Description
The Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding the company’s real estate portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key clients, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets through proactive market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify and evaluate potential real estate projects and investment opportunities.

Conduct market research to analyze property trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate developers, agents, and corporate clients.
Sales Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team.

Drive team performance through KPIs, sales targets, and structured performance reviews.

Negotiate contracts, agreements, and closings with high-value clients.

Ensure strong sales funnel management and timely reporting to senior management.
Client Relationship Management

Develop long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and effective communication.

Oversee client onboarding, after-sales service, and satisfaction levels.

Act as a key contact for VIP and corporate clients to ensure smooth deal execution.
Operational Excellence

Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain compliance with company policies, market regulations, and documentation standards.

Monitor post-sale operations, including handover and client retention activities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5–8 years of proven experience in real estate business development or property sales management.

Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment analysis, and project sales cycles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
