Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
German Speaking Logistics Support Specialist
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle calls and emails related to fuel deliveries for stations across Germany and rest of Europe.
Provide support to stations regarding fuel deliveries, assist with delivery paperwork, and help resolve any related issues.
Assist carriers in resolving fuel delivery issues, including maintenance, retain, cross drops, spills, and allocation concerns.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage.
Very good communication and collaboration skills.
Precise, organized and stress resistant personality.
Adaptability, quick learning ability and willingness to develop new skills.
Fluency in English and German (both verbal and written) for daily communication with colleagues in Germany and across Europe.
Good overall skills with computers and programs.
A proactive, improvement driven mindset and strong teamwork skills.
Availability to work day, evening and night shifts, including weekends.
