Transaction ExecutionLead/ assist end-to-end execution of GPU infrastructure transactions, including asset acquisitions, compute rental arrangements, joint ventures, and structured finance dealsOwn deal structuring from inception through to signed documentation and financial closePrepare and present investment committee materials, including financial models, term sheets, and deal memosContract Negotiation & Legal DocumentationDraft, review, and negotiate the full suite of transaction documents: master services agreements, GPU compute rental agreements, JV term sheets and shareholder agreements, NDAs, letters of intent, facility agreements, and SPV constitutional documentsManage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions; serve as the internal principal counterpart on all legal workstreamsSupport export control compliance, including BIS licensing matters and compute access risk analysis for cross-border deploymentsFinancial Structuring & ModellingBuild and maintain financial models covering GPU deployment economics, revenue and cost projections, structured financing scenarios, debt/equity waterfall mechanics, MOIC/IRR analysis, and residual value sensitivityStructure and negotiate financing arrangements with institutional lenders, family offices, and sovereign capital, including asset-backed lending, sale-leaseback facilities, and shareholder loan instrumentsSupport Hydra Capital fundraising, investor reporting, and capital markets activityBusiness Development & PartnershipsOriginate and develop strategic relationships with AI companies, data center operators, capital providers, and infrastructure partners across APACLead commercial negotiations and partnership structuring with new and existing counterpartiesRepresent Hydra in discussions with institutional investors, lenders, and potential JV partnersAble to read / write / speak / understand Chinese Who You AreYour legal training is in corporate, finance, capital markets, or projects - you know how to draft and you know what matters in a documentYour banking or finance experience gives you genuine fluency in financial models, deal structuring, and capital markets - waterfall or a returns analysisYou are comfortable with ambiguity, operate well without a large team behind you, and bring judgment as well as executionExposure to GPU infrastructure, AI compute, data centers, or technology assets is a strong advantageBased in Singapore; travel within APAC as required
