Job Title: Career Counselor Company: Ojaank IAS Location: In office Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Career Counselor to join our team at Ojaank IAS and help students achieve their career objectives. In this position, you will be responsible for providing guidance to students about career paths and options. You will work with individuals to discover their interests, goals, abilities, and resources, and assist them in making informed decisions about appropriate career goals and paths. You will be a trusted advisor to our students, helping them gain clarity, develop plans of action, and overcome obstacles as they pursue their career objectives. You will also consult with students about potential job opportunities and support them throughout their job search process. You will need to have a deep understanding of current labor markets, training options, technological advancements, and educational trends. The Ideal Candidate: • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field • 1+ years of experience providing career counseling • Strong understanding of UPSC & high convincing power • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills• Ability to build trust and rapport with students• Proficiency in MS Office Suite• Knowledge of career development theories and best practices We are looking for an individual who is motivated to help our clients successfully pursue their career goals!
