Position Overview
Curis is seeking an Onboarding Training Manager to serve as the point of contact responsible for facilitating and continuously improving learning and development programs that support professionals and multi-functional field-based teams. This role serves as an Onboarding Manager with responsibility for instructor-led platform training, virtual facilitation, and onboarding. A high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a passion for growing the company and its team members are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
On boarding - new hires:
· Partner with other internal departments to ensure all new hires have a seamless onboarding experience,
· Ensure office ready to receive new individual (hardware and “software")
· Be trusted advisor and an advocate for the new joiner: example: obtain feedback from the clinic and address if needed, understand concerns, promote, encourage, ensure new provider is accomplishing all tasks to be successful
· Develop and drive an on-boarding plan that accelerates case build up for the new provider - individualized given office and provider context. Example: parts of MH onboarding plan Jeanette created
· Monitor individual KPIs and hold an individual accountable
· Ensure new provider fully understands Curis ways of working, culture, mission, vision, and is excited about it
· Ensure provider fully trained on systems, understand policies etc.
· All administrative aspects, all internal coordination
· Other as defined
2. Facilitate learning journey programs and reinforce through coaching, field observation, and skill validation.

b. On boarding - new clinic: Important that we leverage first 90 - 180 days to set a tone
i. Drive:30 / 60 / 90 day plan post-acquisition to include:
i. Culture / norms / ways of working / Curis Model
ii. Systems: transition to Chiro HD and other, Compliance, policies etc
iii. “Growth plan” / Deal related - > alignment between all internal stakeholder and new acquired clinic on growth plans
iv. Provider on boarding - elements from the New Hire Onboarding
b. For the above, ensure all collateral material, processes and KPIs are in place. Drive for a repeatable, scalable but “human” centered approach.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
· 5 or more years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations, or a related client-facing role.
· 2 or more years of direct people management experience, leading and mentoring a team.
· Demonstrated track record of defining and implementing process improvements that resulted in measurable operational efficiencies and/or customer experience improvements.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data (KPIs, metrics) to drive decisions and manage team performance.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
