Unibody Autotech Collision Repair Center is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in delivering accurate repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and ensuring a smooth repair process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Write estimates using industry-standard software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex)
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair processes, timelines, and costs
- Work directly with insurance companies to negotiate and finalize repair approvals
- Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed (supplements)
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair procedures and parts usage
- Order parts and verify pricing/availability when required
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all estimates and communications
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair lifecycle
